Every Sunday night at 8pm Central there is a a growing number of people on Twitter discussing how health care might adapt Twitter, Facebook, Forums, and other tools of social media and networking for the benefit of patient and staff.
If you are interested in joining the discussion, first you need a twitter account, and then you go to www.tweetchat.com and login with your twitter user/password. Go to room: #hcsm and you will see a constantly refreshing list of people discussing the various topics (anywhere from 3 to 5).
You can find old transcripts of past Health Care Social Media chats here courtesy of Kevin O’Toole.
